APH: No Chocolate for You.

Eh... this is a slightly different interpretation of this character. This picture was taken during World Conference 2.0 in Cologne last weekend.
I decided to take these kind of pictures, because I think that Belgium is very aware of the fact that she's pretty, very feminine and sexy. One can see that in the comic strip in which she teases Lovino about the kiss he wants, for example. (According to me she's right the opposite of Hungary. Elizabeta might be sexy from time to time, but she would neither notice nor be aware of that.)
